I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options here! I tried the Vegan Bellissimo and it was delicious. Loved the decor and the vibes here too. There are 5 options for vegans here. Updated from previous review on 2026-06-27

Good atmosphere and the people are nice. Interior is good and has a little bar.
If I was going based off food it would he two stars.
They have two options - chilli cheese fries and vegan chilli cheese fries. I chose the non-vegan option. Guess what, the chilli is still vegan and not in the good way with just beans. It has the fake beef.
Just not good. The smell of the vegan beef, soggy fries, flavorless cheese. Sandwich (fast eddie) was good, i wish...

The service at HineyHole was amazing. I have an extreme dairy Allergy and they accommodated my allergy and gave recommendations. The food was as good as it looks online! The atmosphere was light and energetic. Hands down I ha e found my spot when I visit Seattle! Thank you for the great experience.
