My only complaint about The Hudson is that it closes at 3 PM. I so miss the Beef Stroganoff that was on the dinner menu. All their food & drink is great, but that Stroganoff was world class delicious.

The brisket omelette was great, loaded with brisket in it! My wife loved the Biscuit and gravy, so much flavor in the gravy, not your typical white gravy out of the can. Coffee was a bit expensive at $4.50 but overall a solid meal. Parking can be tight. Will return tho

No kids, no TVs: perfect. I’ve been coming here for years for those reasons as well as the great food & warm staff. Classic building and chill, laid back vibe & customers.

Best brunch in Seattle by a mile or more. Great bartenders. Great service. Worth the drive. Where most of Seattle has mediocre brunch options for too much money, Hudson l totally locks ass! Tell them Elgin, Il, sent ya.

I've been meaning to come here for too long but we finally made it and it was so good. The atmosphere was great and the service was awesome. I started with a delicious bloody Mary which had a great kick to it.
For food I ordered the breakfast tacos and my husband ordered the brisket omelet. The tacos were a great, filled with sausage and cheese. Was just the right amount and easy to take leftovers home. I picked a siden of grits which were also great. The brisket omelet was also delicious and super filled with wonderfully cooked brisket. A lot of food but so good.
This place is great, don't miss it.

We came here on a very busy Veterans Day. We ordered chicken fried steak, and shrimp and grits. Both very delicious and Leann makes the best Bloody Mary. For how busy it was, yes we waited a bit long time but the food was worth the wait and the service was excellent for a non stop rush they went through. You can definitely tell the kitchen line was hauling butt because things were smoothly running.

Seattle staple point - good food, fantastic staff and just a good townie vibe.
One call out: if you've never been there before it get busy around brunch and it's a small place so you might have to wait for a bit.

I paid with credit card, very easy.
The food wasn't good enough. I got Huevos Rancheros, they didn't have flavor at all, zero salt just plain.
The waitress was very nice, but the only one working for the am the orders, she tried her best. We ask for more sugar, there wasn't enough syrup for our pancakes. I didn't like it at all. First and last time coming to this place.
