Hands down the best hủ tiếu in Washington!!! Just a heads up: because the place is so small, there is usually a long wait, and the building itself is honestly pretty run down and dirty. If you can look past the environment and just want incredible food, you have to try it. I really wanted to give it 5 stars because I love their food so much, but the atmosphere is a big turn off. That being said, the food is just too good to stay away, so I will definitely still...
