They were the ONLY establishment that allowed me to use their restroom without purchase when I had an urgent matter! Bc of their wonderful hospitality we stayed and ordered some shakes and fries and gave our waitress a big tip and a thank you for being human. You have no idea how painful it is to find a restroom available to the public in Seattle. AYet another reason I hate that city. The parking? Don't get me started!

Everything was great until this African American woman started cussing and throwing things around, threatening customers and workers, the police never came, don't know the outcome, felt sorry for everyone in that restaurant. Some people have no respect or morals

Everything looks delicious, cool, just like in the photo, as soon as you start eating you realize that it’s not like that, the taste was more or less punk. I really liked the waiter, so cute, so I don’t recommend it

Visiting for Scotland my partner was desperate to visit as they have not been in the US for nearly10 years - and had fond memories of their last visit. Our server Han was brilliant and we loved the food - personally would have like a touch more butter on my toast but that was minor niggle. Will be back for breakfast again before we leave!

Coffee was terrible, chicken fried steak was 70% salt; everything about IHOP seems to be expensive and terrible.I've tried twice in as many months, now I'll remember why I'll never go here unless I'm dragged here by others.

If I ever need to break off a piece of that old 90s IHOP experience, I will head back to this - one of the few chalet style IHOPS left in the country and among the few that hasnt' been remodeled into 2020s plastic. A wonderful nostalgia trip.

Honestly, one of the best ihop experiences. It was a crazy Saturday night at 2am and the server was slammed but still so attentive and the pancakes were perfection.
