Parking in Capital Hill AND pancakes?! Sign me up! If you want a leisurely breakfast, they'll accommodate and if you want a quick in and out experience, they can do that, too. These hard-working servers deserve tips, so be generous, why not?

If I ever need to break off a piece of that old 90s IHOP experience, I will head back to this - one of the few chalet style IHOPS left in the country and among the few that hasnt' been remodeled into 2020s plastic. A wonderful nostalgia trip.
