Though hidden away and a bit of a challenge to find, this place is fantastic. Their story and how they source their cocoa it inspirational. They are good people with a brilliant product. If you want a superb hot chocolate and a pretty good coffee or chocolate tea ( yes there is such a thing!) go there!
The sipping chocolate at indi chocolate is sooo tasty, definitely recommend if you love chocolate!

My wife and I are visiting from Texas, and we decided to stop by Indi Chocolate while exploring Seattle. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the gentleman at the front counter, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of. He made sure we knew he was there to help with anything and recommended the mole caramel drink — and wow, it was absolutely amazing! Easily one of the best specialty drinks I’ve ever had.
