My cousin told me about this spot and it made me want to check it out because I like going to tiki bars. Getting to it was kind of confusing but when we walked up to the address there was a sign that it's inside another restaurant. We decided to get The Four Boys for 2 to share ($38). This is the one served in the rice cooker which was pretty cool and different. The drink was surprisingly not sweet, the ube and mango flavor was definitely there. The combination of everything was really good! I decided to also try the inside passage which was recommended by our waiter for not so sweet drinks. Drink was good! Overall experience was good. Wish we had a bit more time to try other drinks and their food but we were on a time limit for an early start the next day. If you like tiki bars, this is a place to try. They take reservations too which I recommend doing. Note: It's super close to Starbucks Reserves.

My drink was overly sweet and weak, so didn't meet my expectations. The decorations and ambiance is unique though, and for that I'll award three stars.

So fun! The decor, the music, the energetic friendly service and THE DRINKS, are all amazing. Lots of ice in those festive drinks, but at least they're strong. Overpriced yes, but this isn't your everyday local watering hole, it's kitschy and for special occasions. Reservations strongly recommended.

If you're looking for a unique bar experience, this is it. The decor and drink presentations are extremely creative and fun. I appreciated their selection of non-alcoholic options. I got the Unleaded and while it is extremely unique, I probably would order something else if we went back. Very flavorful with lots of herbal notes, just not my favorite. The server was friendly and service was good.

Super cool spot. Bartender Sam is the best. Get the angler fish drink, the namesake cocktail is garbage.

This is easily the greatest and best bar I’ve ever been to (and I was in the navy). Do not hesitate to get a reservation here!

Sam, our bartender, our chicago pal was great. The namesake drink of Inside Passage though didn’t deliver. As a huge tiki drink fan, I wanted something less sweet and syrupy. Loved the presentation of it though. Sam made me a hemmingway daiquiri on request which was excellent. The decor and the vibe there are awesome.

This tiny bar is really cute! My boyfriend and I both ordered the chi chi drink and shared some coconut Prawns. The service was good but I have to say I was disappointed with the food and drinks. The prawns were burned and the drinks were gross. I love a good tiki bar and although the ambiance was great I just didn't like anything we ordered.

The kitschy decor is fun but doesn’t justify the overpriced cocktails. I sought this place out because I love a good tiki bar and rum drinks and this did not live up. Our cocktails were disappointing and the over-the-top vessels they came in felt like a gimmick.

What an amazing experience! My wife and I live in austin and are big fans of Tiki-Tatsuya. When we saw this place on our trip to Seattle we knew it was right up our alley. What an awesome experience. The drinks were fantastic, the atmosphere was incredible, and the food was exquisite ( especially the brie wontons with spicy marmalade sauce).

Loved this fun, unique speakeasy inside of Rumba. It's underwater themed. Loved this giant octopus right above the bar. The drinks are exotic and come in a very preventive ways. The servers have a heavy hand but doesn't take away from the other flavors in the drink. While the drinks are good, they're very pricey ($22-26 per drink). It's a place to try at least once in CapHill!

Weak for "tiki" drinks but fun presentation and atmosphere as well as great service. So yeah, a tad too $$ for whatcha get, but a fun spot.

Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of this place. Originally found it on instagram and thought it would be fun and the video very much oversold it. Drinks are pretty good and in cool cups but they have a ton of ice in them, or at least the two my partner and I had, did. The food was not very good at all either. The lighting in the videos were much different than what we experienced and what was a big draw for us. Ultimately, I would say it's a typical tourist trap and we fell for it. I don't usually give 3 stars or lower but had to here.

We wanted a Tiki Bar & this place delivers! If you haven't tried tiki, you're missing out. The cocktails aren't some sugary mess of juices but delicious and legit craft cocktails with a heavy side of wimsy. We ordered four total and each was excellent. The food was also great, and not treated as an afterthought: the spam sliders (please suspend disbelief here a moment, it's tiki) were delightful. The deep fat fried deviled eggs we tried, prepared to heavily mock: why am I just now discovering this? They were amazing. The Spam fried rice also delightful, though be careful, it seemed to have absorbed the cocktails leaving us suddenly over full. If that's your biggest complaint about a place, they're doing many things right. The decor is totally on point for tiki but with a PNW spin in a really imaginative way. Waitstaff & bartenders amusing & attentive but will leave you be.
