Service is so so poor. I asked for 1 scoop of butter pecan. Apparently their system can bill only for 2 or 3 scoops instead. Instead of asking me to choose from those 2 options she just billed me for 2 scoops instead of 1. I pointed it out and then instead of taking a bigger cup she just squished as much additional ice cream as she can in the small cup and closed lid. When I pointed this out she just said that it is a rule. Lame. What is most concerning is the disregard towards customer’s or basically anyone’s speech.

Unreliable. I placed an order on Thursday for a Monday delivery at noon. Noon comes and goes, takes me an hour to get through to someone at a different location to finally be told at 2:15 that the person who was supposed to open that store didn't show up. I understand emergencies etc. but how hard would it have been for someone to call me. Mercedes in the customer service department was very helpful and that made the situation better but I still have a birthday party with no dessert.
Next day: still waiting on the cookies.

I have mixed feelings about my visit. First, let me say this: the cookies were absolutely amazing—easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. If I were rating the product alone, it would be a solid 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service and staffing situation completely tainted the experience.
There was one woman working the front entirely alone, trying to take orders, prep them, and keep things moving for a line of at least 18 people. Meanwhile, two other staff members were clearly visible in the back, doing absolutely nothing to help. Laughing, chatting, completely ignoring the chaos up front. It was hard to watch—this woman was hustling nonstop and visibly stressed while they just stood there.
It honestly felt disrespectful not only to the customers, but to their coworker who was left to drown while they didn’t lift a finger. Whether it’s a management issue or just blatant disregard for team responsibility, something needs to be addressed here. Great product means little if the experience is overshadowed by poor service and internal neglect.
Please do better. The person working alone deserves support, and your customers deserve a smoother experience

I first had insomnia cookies in Portland, OR and they were delicious, warm, soft and look just like the pictures. However the cookies here at the Capital Hill location were below standard to say the least. My cookies weren't warm, they were hard and there was no consistency in texture amongst all cookies. Very disappointed to drive from pierce county for this. Hopefully they will get it together soon.

Really fun experience for warm cookies and delicious ice cream! It's as simple as simple could be: ice cream and warm cookies served fresh. Love having the selection of cookies in two different sizes and the options to have combos. Our server was extremely helpful and explained the ordering process to us. My boys were delighted and enjoyed their treat!
