Pretty good Hong Kong–style spot! The food is delicious and the portions are huge.

Service was super speedy —if you’ve been to a local family owned Chinese place it’s exactly what you’d expect. Could see how it could be considered rude, but they just try to get everyone seated and make sure you get your food quickly! The food is 10/10, so fresh and you can tell they make it themselves — the dumplings are stuffed and have whole chunks of shrimp instead of ground, etc. portions are large. Price is great. No complaints!!!

We have been going to Jade Garden for years. We have eaten their regular main dishes as well as their dim sum and neither has disappointed. Additionally, the service has always been very good and we have never had to wait long for a table, even when they are crowded. Unfortunately, like most Chinese restaurants, they don't use carts for their dim sum -- it was always fun to see the different foods and try them out -- but even when you order off of their website menu, they bring it out pretty quickly.

I'm so happy with this experience. It's an older restaurant but they clearly have perfected the dishes. The staff is warm and friendly and kind for newbies. We went for lunch and the prices were fair - we tipped heavily because it was just so tasty. Big thumbs up

Consistently great food and fast attentive service. Worth traveling for! This family owned business in a 100 year old classic building does Dim Sum right!

Justin And Christina Review Washington Foodie

The food here was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and some of the best dim sum I’ve had in Seattle. Unfortunately, the customer service was the complete opposite of the food quality. One server rudely asked if we were ever going to order, and when we said yes, he came back and literally tossed the menus onto our table. Every time he returned, he never smiled or said a word, which really put a damper on an otherwise fantastic meal. This was Friday August 8, at 7 pm! We spent $162 and tipped well. We are all from the service industry and now we record food reviews so we understand that not every day is a good day but to have menus thrown at us and mean service is insane! The rude service was given by an older, tall-ish dark haired man with glasses. We only asked for 2 things during our time here. A fork and a sprite. You would have thought we asked the man for his first born child!

We waited for 40 mins for our takeout food because we were told that the shrimp dumplings weren't ready yet. Apparently they didn't even put our order in after we paid... we wasted 40 mins during lunch time and now we have to find a place that's open. They should have at least give us a partial refund and escalate our order. I can let go the fact that they were busy and accidentally didn't put our order in. BUT the fact they didn't offer compensation for our wasted time due to their mistake is not acceptable or even tell us our order will be escalated. We came all the way from Lynnwood to show support for our local businesses due to COVID but I'm just disappointed by their service.

Went in with family and friends from out of town raved about the salmon rice bowl. So disapointed it was no longer on the menu. Very disapointed. Not sure why they took it away. Our waitress was very nice as usual. Seating quickly.

We’re looking to hit Chinatown after the Mariners game. ChatGPT suggested this place to us based on reviews. Found it easily with google maps. Got in right away. We were seated in the back of the restaurant (which had a little quirky layout) and got immediate service. The food came out relatively quickly and everything we had was great. The potstickers were excellent (and huge). Only issue was when we were finished, it took a little while to get someone over so we could pay our check. I just think they were a little understaffed at the time.
