Tried this restaurant for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!!! Great customer service, even greater food. The salt & pepper wings and Mongolian beef is a must have!!!

I ordered chicken and american broccoli. What I assumed I was ordering was some type of Chinese style chicken over an American genus of broccoli. What i got was what some Chinese person assumed American people eat based purely on a postcard they saw one time.

They covered the dish in a gravy so watery that it spilled into the bag and unsurprisingly had the unappealing flavor and texture that can only come from wet salty chicken.

No thanks.

I honestly love this place. An affordable place to eat that still serves delicious and quality food? Wow. I never got anything here that was anything other than delicious or cheap.

I agree that the staff isn’t overtly friendly but they are NICE. I ordered some chicken wings and a side of rice, and my side of rice was delivered first before my chicken wings with my other appetizers. I didn’t touch my rice because I was saving it for my wings. When my wings came out 5-10 mins later, one of the older ladies quietly took my bowl of rice and said that’d she’d get me a new hot bowl of rice. I didn’t even ask, but it was greatly appreciated. And to top it off, they gave me some goodies to take home.

I love this place, favorite spot in the CID!

They always have hot food and quality is super. Last night I was treated to a free dessert and I am so happy. I will continue to visit and bring a gift to you! Try the pan fried chives and shrimp! Classic.

Chinese restaurant mainly serving dim sum and Hong Kong–style dishes like wok-fried items and roasted duck/pork. Full Chinese vibe. You order by QR code. Be aware—the portions are super big, and the owner is very willing to help pack leftovers for you to take home.

First time trying dim sum here. Wish I had known it wasnt the full dim sum experience before going here. Food was good, but you had to order a lot of the dim sum items from your phone. They can be a tad pushy on some of the foods that they do come around with on trays. When you walk in, make sure you write your name and how many in your party right away.

Service was super speedy —if you’ve been to a local family owned Chinese place it’s exactly what you’d expect. Could see how it could be considered rude, but they just try to get everyone seated and make sure you get your food quickly! The food is 10/10, so fresh and you can tell they make it themselves — the dumplings are stuffed and have whole chunks of shrimp instead of ground, etc. portions are large. Price is great. No complaints!!!

We have been going to Jade Garden for years. We have eaten their regular main dishes as well as their dim sum and neither has disappointed. Additionally, the service has always been very good and we have never had to wait long for a table, even when they are crowded. Unfortunately, like most Chinese restaurants, they don't use carts for their dim sum -- it was always fun to see the different foods and try them out -- but even when you order off of their website menu, they bring it out pretty quickly.

I'm so happy with this experience. It's an older restaurant but they clearly have perfected the dishes. The staff is warm and friendly and kind for newbies. We went for lunch and the prices were fair - we tipped heavily because it was just so tasty. Big thumbs up
