Same omakase price as Shiro’s but it was not the same quality. Sushi had a very fishy taste to it. Jae was nice though.

Sat at the sushi bar, and the service was great! Never had an empty cup or a long pause between dishes. The kimchi spam fried rice was 10/10. Will definitely be back soon.

The sushi is fresh and good. The service was not good . It wasn’t too busy but there was a party inside. Our server forgot us, we never got the sake we ordered and got
the wrong roll. I would go sit at the bar though.

Really good food and service. It wasn’t busy at lunch which is surprising as the food was really good; we had the chicken, green beans with tofu and the garlic noodles.

There was nothing wrong with the sushi at Jae’s per se. The fish was fresh and the menu had good variety. But we found that in each dish we ordered, the delicate flavor of the fish was drowned out by other more powerful flavors, even in the nigiri there was more wasabi than the fish could withstand, in our opinion. And, unfortunately, it was very expensive.
The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The interior was a little dingy but mostly fine

Great food (especially the Salmon Skin Roll and the Phad Thai!), charming atmosphere, and a super friendly and attentive server made this a delightful spot for lunch! They were accommodating for allergies and our server was very knowedable about everything on the menu. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic food, great ambiance. Jae is THE master of great cuisine and a very clean, friendly, welcoming restaurant. Love it!
