We choose Jak's for our family's special occasions. This visit was exceptional due to our server Conner H. We like to laugh and Conner was a great sport, easy going, made great recommendations, humored us and just set a great tone for the evening. We love that the food is constantly great and the service is warm, friendly and inviting.
JaKs is one of just a few places in West Seattle, where I live, that I consider worthy of the cost. The ambiance is nice and the noise level is low. I must say I have dined there twice in two weeks and both times the women working reception were not as warm and friendly as expected. Overworked? I don't know.
