My favorite Ballard coffee shop. Great pastries and easy to park by. Nice set of tables inside to bring some weekend reading.

Even the drip coffee was great! Sat down w coffee and warmed Chocolate croissant and then a slice of orange almond cake to go; yum! The staff was very friendly. Next time I'm in Ballard, I'll be back.

Rude customer service. Younger gentlemen with unkempt beard and hair was very sarcastic upon asking about cashless system. To add, they need to get some new couches and chairs. Stained and very gross.

Been in the neighborhood for 20 years. Always liked this location and tried the new place. Good food and coffee was decent albeit expensive (Heck Seattle is these days). The service I just found disappointing and abrasive. I know staffing and work is hard in Seattle these days and i empathize with people doing the best they can. They are quite disorganized in their preparation of drinks and when I asked a question they snapped rudely. I just assume positive intent with people not that customers are there to make your lives difficult. Really disappointed in the attitude of the staff and I'm not one to be a complainer. Wish you all the best and just hoping it was just someone having bad day. Will see next time i am in if this is just how they treat people.

Terrible coffee everytime. Amazing pastries. I've been here so much. Everyone is bad at pulling shots and no matter how many times I try ordering it, cappuccino is always burnt and over-foamed.

One of the best Latte's I've had in a long time, great breakfast sandwiches and a great vibe in general.

Nic place and service, their coffee tastes good and they make very good warm sandwiches. The place is a little bit small though.

Sometimes it feels too crowded in here but that's the price you pay for hanging out in a popular place. The logistics: on 24th across the street from the QFC there is limited street parking that you have to pay for. Four dollars an hour. Ideally come with computer charged because only a couple places where you can sit to charge phone or computer. They close at four so be ready to head out.

I really love the density of the orange almond cake -- it reminds me of an olive oil cake but even more moist… However it's a little disappointing/lacks depth of flavor. The savory danishes have been wonderful, each one I've had whether it's the tomato feta or rolled with savory herbs or spinach and cheese. They have some interesting kombucha in cans, worth trying, like the Mango Habanero. And I enjoy both their hot and iced coffees.

Servers are friendly and regularly upkeep the café, which makes makes it feel like a cared-for space.

Good coffee shop. Great customer service and the coffee itself is delicious. I got a spiced plum latte and unfortunately didn’t taste plum at all, but it was still good. Pear crème brûlée is fantastic, I could eat 3 of those.
