We were in Ballard looking for parking (don’t ask) ended up near this place. Decided to grab a coffee, until… we saw the baking case! I had a Seattle sun (I think). It was croissant pastry, round, with a baked egg ham and cheese. It was out of this world good. The eggs were fluffy. I don’t know how they did it. My spouse had an almond croissant. Best croissant used to be in West Seattle, not any more. Venture now is her fave. Go for the coffee, stay for the food!

Decent coffee but $6.62 for a 12 oz latte, not including tip. Not sure if they up-charged me for a split shot. The barista didn’t even attempt any latte art. Overall disappointed. There’s much better coffee around at a lower price.
