The coffee is smooth, and on the lighter side of medium. The signature house syrups are fantastic! I just had the Brown Sugar Rosemary with oatmilk, perfect foam and flavor balance! Highly recommend!
Finally, some drip coffee with depth. I’m visiting Seattle and most coffee shops I’ve been to here serve exceedingly dark, over roasted coffee. This place serves complex, nuanced, excellently brewed coffee. I will be back.
We were in Ballard looking for parking (don’t ask) ended up near this place. Decided to grab a coffee, until… we saw the baking case!
I had a Seattle sun (I think). It was croissant pastry, round, with a baked egg ham and cheese. It was out of this world good. The eggs were fluffy. I don’t know how they did it. My spouse had an almond croissant. Best croissant used to be in West Seattle, not any more. Venture now is her fave.
