Eric, the owner, and his team are true professionals. I've been frequenting "The Jibe" for years. Though I trust Ms. Henderson's review, an inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and value for the money has always been my experience. Last weekend, I brought my sailing students to The Jibe to warm up after teaching sailing in the driving sleet and snow. With a big smile, we were invited to order food and drink and stay as long as we needed. On the four occasions we were there over the two days, the place was packed with delighted customers, especially us! I highly recommend The Jibe and their inviting and professional team without hesitation. Cheers, Capt. David Gallimore

Their chai with almond milk was waow, and so did the gluten free and oat free almond-raspberry thumbprints. And bountiful kindness. Five stars.

A savory muffin plus a little coffee by the docks on a sunny day does something magical for the soul. I'm bringing everyone I love here. The savory muffin is fantastic. I look forward to trying the rest of the pastry selection!

$10 for 16 ounce coffee that taste like crap. I stood in an empty shop for about five minutes before the two workers stopped chatting to each other and actually took my order. The younger barista was being awful to the older worker. They have art on the wall that looks like it was done by a two-year Old and is on sale for hundreds of dollars. This place is an actual joke. lower your prices, put actual art on the walls for decent price and take your customers orders. That’s not too much to ask. I will be spreading the word about this coffee shop. What a disappointment.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! Currently sitting here drinking some of the best coffee I’ve had in a LONG time, and chatting with the owners. She’s lovely. Quick new stop for me, if I’m ever back in this area, this is a must stop for me!! Thanks, Jibe!!

Really great cafe with a super friendly staff. The owners really “walk the walk” when it comes to being a part of the community!

Jibe is an excellent spot to pop into for a coffee or a snack. It’s also great for us sailors who are looking for last minute supplies before heading out (beer, water, fresh or frozen homemade soups, coffee…).
Lots of yummy, freshly baked pastries and good vegetarian options. The blackberry bread pudding muffin is *chef’s kiss* and the vegan apple cinnamon muffin is amazing. We also love the grilled cheese.
They have local art on the walls too, and I think some of it may be for sale- love that!

Great little stop. I was cycling on Seaview and stopped for a latte and a peach muffin. There are outdoor tables with a view of the marina, Puget Sound and the mountains, and the gardens outside the main building. Huge clean restrooms too. Friendly staff. I’ll be back

Worst coffee in Seattle and the service was not much better. I have celiacs so when the barista laughed at my request to see if the oat milk was gluten free, it was not a laughing matter to me.

Dietary restrictions: If you have any, avoid this place.
