I purchased from Jimmy John’s and they took me and my family’s order. After taking our order with some difficulty at the cash register, they took about 20 minutes to make three sandwiches with us being the only ones in the store. There were about five or six people standing in the back doing nothing while we sat there waiting for our sandwiches. once we took our sandwiches and left because we were in a hurry, I opened my sandwich to see that it was made completely wrong as I ordered it.
JJ’s own website said it was open until 7pm, I pulled up at 5:45 and they were closed.
Waited fifteen minutes to have the guy at the counter tell me they weren’t taking order because they were so short staffed. Not freaky fast. General chaos. I almost could have felt bad except for the general apathy of the staff. If you want no sandwich served with a side of attitude, you’ve come to the right place!

I have been a loyal Jimmy John's customer for well over 15+ years since Austin Texas. I have visited locations in multiple states around the country and have never had an experience as painfully slow as this one. The whole point of Jimmy John's subs is they are freaky fast in addition to being tasty. In that regard, this location has spectacularly failed. I ordered in person, a single sandwich without any alterations and waited 35+ minutes. I understand it can be busy during lunchtime in a downtown city, but you need to staff appropriately to handle large volume especially if you're doing catering for while making single orders wait. Given my experience today, it's unlikely I would ever visit this location again. Thanks for the sandwich and I'm sure the staff is doing their best but it's a no for me and I hope the brand is paying attention to their reputation at this location.

Ordered Ultimate Italian. Cashier incorrectly rang up as Italian Club. They made Italian Club. I pointed out that they made the wrong sandwich, and they took it back but forgot to make the right one and subsequently serviced the next 20 customers who walked in and ordered after I did. After 25 minutes, I asked for a refund because I was going to be late. Staff was very sassy, passive aggressive, rude, and sarcastic. They think they are so cool. Happy for them.

Very long wait
The restaurant decided to cancel my order for 10 people after 2 hours. 1 hour wait and 1 hour delay. Supremely frustrating and bad service.

For two years, I have been at the UW and relied on delivery to get my favorite sandwich. As someone with autism, safe/comfortable foods are extremely important. That said, this location of Jimmy John’s closed down delivery to my address for NO VALID REASON. I am extremely upset, and I have gone nearly two months without the dinner that brings me immense joy.

I ordered shortly before the store closed, and rather than denying/canceling my order, they took my money and chose not to fulfill my order. The store is now closed, no one is answering, and my order is shown as confirmed. The money has been taken out of my account, effectively stealing my money. I will be calling their corporate office in the morning.

Be careful ordering in store here, as some times it doesn't register. Sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for my sandwich and then it was never in the system to begin with.
Extremely rude staff. I called an order in on my friends phone, he used the number I was calling on as my number for my points. When I came in to get my sub I asked if I can type my number in and he said he already put my number on there. When I informed him I would like to use a different number he told me no. I asked if he could cancel the order and let me re order it he said no. And he was not saying no in a nice way. The “assistant manager” (or so he claimed) was also extreme rude, cut me off multiple times then hung up on me. I’ll NEVER go back to that location. EVER. I’d encourage all of you to choose a different location as well.
