Great food and nice and quiet! People care too much about 10/10 service. At first, it was off putting to walk into a JJ without being greeted by 15 smiles and talking, but then I bit into the food and realized that it was one of the best sandwiches I've had from any of their locations. It was also freaky fast. If you want the sweetest service in the world, go to church or something, idk. When I go to a restaurant, I go for the food, and the food was great. They weren't rude or anything, they just weren't perfect angels with giant smiles, which I don't care about anyway. The Karen mentality is what gives this place bad reviews, like most restaurants in America!

Not so fast jimmy john's. Seems to take a long time to get your sandwich busy or Not . 10 people waiting for sandwiches, 2 people, making them. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry to make them.

Y’all rang my order wrong and when I politely asked for it to be remade the guy behind the bar made me wait until he got through the line before remaking. So frustrated to be kind to workers and still be spoken to so rudely for no reason.

This place is disgusting, last week i went there to order a sub and the workers were so rude i was trying to order and kept getting glared at by all of the workers. the music they play is indecent horrifying and gross, its so loud I could barely hear my own thoughts. it smells terrible and there are tiny bugs flying around everywhere. The bathroom wasn't clean and last but not least my sub was dry and made very sloppy. I wish i can give 0 stars don't eat here the workers don't care about their jobs and are nasty to customers.
