I’ve given Joe a bunch of chances because it’s conveniently located and the menu looks good, but we are breaking up for good over today’s $15 vegan avocado sandwich - basically an avocado on a cracker. No pesto taste whatsoever, and other vegetables were barely visible and generally tasteless. And $15!!
Adding insult to injury, the staff didn’t acknowledge my presence for several minutes until they finished their own chat.

Not sure if the staff is stoned or what but 20 minutes to make two ice cold chicken sandwiches is way too long of a wait.
We also stood at the counter in the empty restaurant for a solid 5 minutes with the employees back turned to us until we decided just to order at the table.
If you order from here, you’d better postpone your plans and expect underwhelming food.
This $12 Turkey sandwich should be illegal. I've seen better deals in airports.

not sure what all the bad reviews are about- or maybe they’ve turned things around. but i had an amazing experience here- my spicy tunacado was so yummy and the sandwich was filled up all the way. my lavender latte was well made and service was great and efficient. will be coming back?

Be prepared to wait for more than 30 minutes on a small order! I ordered a tunacado and 2 drinks with no wait at all and it took forever to be ready. I double checked on my order at the counter and they didn't seem to care or have any surge of urgency. Food was amazing, but the service was not great unfortunately. Will continue to eat at Joe and the Juice, just not sure about this location

The blueberry matcha was good, but I never received the Serrano sandwich that I ordered. First, I received a tuna sandwich labeled as spicy, and then the remake was something similar to a caprese sandwich. I had already wasted my lunch break, so I'll never know if the third time would have been the charm and I would have gotten what I had ordered and paid for. The staff was polite, but sincere apologies for the mix-up while handing me another incorrect order won't make me return or recommend this place to others.
