Doordash messed up our order and I was trying to reach the store to sort it out, but it seems there is no way to actually reach a human at this location. The phone number goes to a phone tree in NYC which then directs you to fill out a form on the website. Ridiculous.

Literally the worst experience ever. A simple sandwich took over 40min to prepare (on app it said less than 10). There was a whole line of people complaining for the delay on order but the employees wouldn't stop chatting and complaining that they wanted to be off work. Like can you guys complain after doing the work properly? Never coming back.

This was about 2 months ago - There was a drink on an old version of the online menu, which was removed, but the girl at the counter - unfortunately I didn't get her name - made me a version of it - it was blue - and it was literally the best smoothie I've ever had in my life.
It felt nourishing and not too sweet, it had bits of dates and I absolutely loved it. I still think about it and crave it. I need to go back and try to recreate this drink and find this girl.
This place is expensive, but it was the best smoothie I ever had. I don't know if it will happen again.

When a glitch in the app sent my free reward order to the wrong location, Evie didn’t just shrug it off—she stepped up. She walked me through the app, made sure I knew how to use my reward next time, and still gave me the same delicious sandwich I loved the first time (perfect crisp, creamy avocado, fresh basil… perfection!).
Kindness like this turns a small mishap into a moment you remember. Tech is great, but it can’t replace the heart of an empathetic human like Evie. Thank you for making my day! 🌟

Extremely over priced!!!!!! Came here after seeing this place on TikTok or instagram, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Tried a juice and a coffee shake and 2 sandwiches. The drinks were $11+ which is diabolical for a 16oz. Sandwiches were super small flat bread and honestly not very good, bland ingredients. Over consumption on the pink packaging as well. They also decided to add another drink on which we neglected to notice it until after we got home and looked at the receipt pictured. I’m not concerned about this as the cashier seemed brand new and was friendly and trying. I will say, the lady with the dark hair and pony tail maybe mid 40s? Not sure if she was the manager but she seemed to be in an irritated mood when the cashier asked her how to ring up my coffee shake. She deflected and or ignore him I can’t completely recall but another employee came and showed him how. No smiles from her or any positive vibes going on from her. Not sure if she’s a manager or the owner or what. Overall pretty horrible experience. I would recommend going to any other cafe/deli around the area before this place.

Staff stated that it would be 20-30 mins just to take our order but later accepted the orders of others. You’d be better served by ordering pick-up through DoorDash/UberEats to reduce the interaction of the staff. I get they’re busy but to be super overpriced AND have mean staff is insane. Wouldn’t recommend this location

We ordered the nutty and unicorn tears, both were great. Both drinks were of water consistency, so I'm not sure why there was no thickness on the consistency. That aside, we were the only people in the shop, 8 employees, and it took 10 minutes or so to get out drinks. All of the employees were working hard, just seems they need some training on how to work together to be more efficient.
