I don't know how much you're paying that cook at Joe's but he's probably one of the best I've ever seen people would love to have him working for him they are very lucky that they have a chance to witness greatness with his cooking
Joe's really felt like a local hangout and institution. Absolutely a dive bar, it was cash only and packed with people who were clearly regulars. The pull tabs available at the bar were super fun to play, and our drinks strong! My chicken wings were only okay, but the fries stellar. Would come back for sure if I was craving the dive bar vibe or pull tab experience.
I don't usually do reviews on bar and grills, but this place has the best chicken strips I have ever had, I could tell that right away that they're made by scratch, 100% fresh chicken breast smashed down and breaded, the atmosphere reminds me of the show Cheers, drinks are also reasonably priced, if I lived in Seattle I could totally see myself being a regular!
