Store hours says that the close at 8pm. It was 6:41 and doors were closed, personnel inside not willing to work. 2nd time that happens to me

Small hole in the wall place. I had the rib tips, really good flavor, a little bit dry. Menu hard to understand. Order collard greens, tasted good but they didn't have any hot sauce or salt and pepper available.

Unfortunately, they failed at my order this time. I ordered the chicken dinner which is supposed to be a leg and thigh I got a mixture of shredded chicken drenched in sauce that has an after taste.

Received the same for the chicken leg kids meal. Did not receive a leg but a mixture of shredded meat overloaded with sauce.

The macaroni and cheese is dry as well. I’ve had them before and it was on point. Not sure what’s going on now but this was disappointing.

I ordered through DoorDash so they are aware also.

Food was ok. Meat portions are bad for the price. Doesn't seem like they care if you come in or not....Mac & Cheese was gross and the cornbread wasn't even box quality.

Jones Barbeque catered my daughter's graduation party and went well over and beyond all of my needs. Leanne was very reponsive and managed to squeeze in a delivery which ended up being a lifesaver. The setup all went so smoothly at the venue and I just felt like I was working with a friend that really wanted the party to be special. We had the barbeque chicken, ribs and macaroni - it was chef's kiss! I will most definitely keep Jones Barbeque in mind for catering my large family gatherings. Thank you so much again!

Definitely the best barbecue in Seattle for the money, but their customer service needs to be greatly improved.

Although I placed my takeout order online, when I arrived they were unaware of any online orders and had not started preparing it. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the saucy and tender rib tips! Unfortunately, they were out of brisket, which seems to be a popular dish, so I’ll definitely have to return.

Everything they serve is made in-house, including the delicious sauce, macaroni and cheese, and green collards.

Will was incredibly accommodating and generous, even giving my partner and me extra food to take home!

I've been ordering take out and eating in the restaurant for many years. The last couple of visiys has had horrible customer service. The woman at the counter refused my request to separate my order in to two boxes. Mind you I was the only customer there. She was outside smoking and didn't wash her hands either. Highly disappointed! Btw she was on her phone at the same time ( Airpods).

Salty (Salticide)

From its humble exterior you would be excused for passing by this place. However, the sweet, sweet scent of delicious meats will drag you right back to Jones BBQ. I will say, I waited for a minute, as it seemed like the restaurant was being run as a one woman operation, with the sweet lady behind the counter doing triple duty at the register, cooking in the kitchen, and unloading stock in the back. The food was out fast once orders got placed, however! I got one of the lunch specials, a plate of spicy pork ribs with a side of Mac n Cheese, and a dish of peach cobbler. The ribs, mildly spicy, lingered on my tongue, but the heat was put out by the creamy Mac and cool cobbler. Washed it all down with a Shasta. Excellent food, I just hope they get some extra hands so the operation runs smoother

For every work event, I bring one of Jones Barbeque’s large platters. It is always a hit! They never miss. The variety it has, the homemade BBQ sauce and the smell…🤤. They are my “go-to” for any party/event.
