Joule is a great restaurant in Seattle with awesome vegan and vegetarian options. I loved the rice cake with mushroom substitute, which was really tasty. The summer squash with Sechuan sauce was amazing - the flavors were perfectly balanced and not too overwhelming. Family time with two kids-they ate the steak, tofu and ‘pizza' like flatbread. Adults enjoyed the kimchi, tasty rice cakes (mochi) not too spicy, steak and mackerel. It was awesome. The most amazing banana pudding ice cream sandwich, omg. Enjoy
We always enjoy Joule. The service is always great and the servers always seem to make an extra effort for us to have an enjoyable experience while dining. The food is wonderful. My favorite was the octopus which was a generous portion and cooked to tenderness. We'll be back!
