This is a coin flip restaurant. Has a rotating menu where some dishes (like the squash) genuinely surprised me in the most pleasant way, whereas others (like the short rib) left me disappointed. I recommend finding specific reviews on each dish if you want to eat here. On the balance, though, the experience was enjoyable, if a bit pricy.
We were excited to try this place on a visit to Seattle but we’re pretty disappointed by the food. We got the Heart of Palms, Chinese Broccoli and Octopus. The best part of the heart of palms were the hazelnuts, the rest was pretty bland. The broccoli was, in our opinion, heavy on the char taste and even the confit garlic wasn’t that good. The octopus was presented nicely and the piece was hefty, but the dish lacked balance. The spice from the sauce and the bacon flavour overwhelmed...
The food was just perfect - as a fully vegetarian, every dish was awesome!!

I loved the rice cakes , kung pao crunchy butternut squash .
The plasm of hearts salad was worth every bite
