My wife and I stopped by Joyale restaurant for dim sum for the first time. I’m giving this place a three-star rating due to the following reasons.

First of all this restaurant offers free parking validation. So that was nice. It could be the timing of the visit as well and it happens to be on Christmas Day. The place was overly busy and it took about 10 minutes to get to a table. Once seated we got hot tea within 15 minutes, which is good, but then no one...
Pretty darn good food. The service is a bit spotty but it might have been due to the time of day since there was only 1 server. Not really a deal breaker but it was noticeable.

Most of the food was great especially the Mongolian beef and sweet and sour pork.

Be forewarned the parking seems spooky if you haven't been there before but it's perfectly safe and easily accessible.

I will definitely go there again.
This used to be a lively dimsum and banquet restaurant. Now a sketchy area and garage thanks to city of Seattle. Free parking though.

Waitress tried to remove a bug from a bao and say it was never there, as if I had imagined it. Ridiculous. Not enough dimsum volume to ensure freshness so items just rotate. Sad.
