The girl that was there has an orange/ginger hair. So we ordered 3 custom smoothies for pick up and then when we got there they said “Oh our whole system is down. What did you order I can make them real quick.”
Showed her the 3 custom smoothies. She looked at them for like 5 seconds and said “Got it.” But guess what, she did not get it. She ignored all the add ons. She just read the name of the smoothies and left out ALL of the additional ingredients. So I paid ~$60 for basic ass smoothies which should be just $39 for 3 smoothies bec they did not included the add ons. It’s so frustrating when people do not do their job good enough.

Pumpkin Smoothie was flavorful and full of fresh, nutritious ingredients. Would have again.

I really like the smoothie selection here, they have a variety of flavors and are transparent about the ingredients. The space itself is also cute and cozy!

We got açai bowls for breakfast. You can pick three toppings, and I got granola, coconut flakes, and flax/chia seeds. My husband got one with peanut butter, and his toppings were granola, frozen blueberries, and goji berries. We had the place to ourselves and service was friendly.

My friend and I headed in this afternoon for some nice smoothies after the gym. We were not greeted at all by the young lady until 5 minutes later, yet did not even receive a hello, just a “what can I get for you”. Had a grumpy face on the whole time and made us not feel welcomed at all yet I still tipped because maybe she’s just having a bad day. The smoothies turned out sour and tasted like the scent of play dough. But with her customer service we felt too scared to ask for a remake or refund. Dumped both smoothies in trash after leaving.

The fountain of youth with some protein powder is my favorite! I feel it’s one of those few really tasty things that are actually healthy and good for you!

I've bought a couple smoothies from them. And the last time I went in and I picked a flavor that really just didn't taste right. They accommodated me even though it was my fault. They were very friendly and very informative! They didn't make me feel bad for asking for help! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Juice Press!

Juice Press is pretty good if you order right, but it will always be way overpriced. I like the Mint Protein, I got it with extra chocolate chips and they were very generous. They offer some of the healthier smoothies in Seattle and use better ingredients than Jamba and Emerald City.

Workers are rude
They just don’t give af ? I mean there are students working as it’s on campus so the expectations are lower, but Jesus : it’s Juice! Not a goth cafe. It’s unfortunate cuz in NYC -where JP is from -there’s just more energy and care and it’s a fun brand out there. Does the person who’s running it out here care at all?
Love the smoothies! Enjoyed that they were all organic, good plant based protein, and quite light and delicious :) very nice people working there as well!
My family and I went to this store this past weekend, we all wanted something cold and sweet to drink. We ordered the Green Light, Green passion, and got cold juices. The green smoothies we got were terrible, I don’t know what was worse, paying $11 for a smoothie in general or just getting served a smoothie that tasted so bad. The pressed juices were not fresh pressed, you had to get them from a fridge and they were sealed, who knows when they were made. We all took turns trying the juices and we each made horrified faces as they hit our tastebuds. The only fun thing from this experience was laughing at each others reactions from tasting the gross liquids we so stupidly purchased. If you’re looking for a smoothie/juice place at U village just go to good old Jamba Juice.
Overpriced yet soo underwhelming ?
