Got an açaí bowl and it was just bland. $13 for what tasted watered down. Service was fine though. UPDATE: I emailed customer service about the experience and they told me that they regret that I had a subpar experience and that they'd were going to look into the issue from their end. they also gave me a $30 gift card to come back and give it another shot. It was very nice of them. I told them I wasn't angry or expecting anything for what happened. I'm updating my review to a 4 star from 2 stars for the following reasons 1. I got the blue magic (their best seller) and actually that was really good. It's a protein smoothie that has 21 g of protein. Protein can be hard to work with when it comes to smoothies. Sugar and protein just doesn't really seem to go together. This one is actually really good. It has the right amount of sweetness that I like. I can see why it's the best seller. 2. Emailing customer service was great. They listened to us and gave us some money to give it another shot. I'm glad I tried it out again. It seems like something actually changed which is amazing My girlfriend also got the mango passion smoothie. It was ok. Not bland or watered down. I didn't have many thoughts about it. I did not get another açaí bowl. My advice is to stick with the blue magic. Sometimes places really specialize in one thing and happen to have other things. I would think their protein smoothies are their main thing. I haven't tried the other protein smoothies though

This is the worst smoothie I have ever had in my life, and I can't believe I paid $13 for this. I can't even verbalize what about it is terrible. As an avid lifter (check out the hook grip callus), I'm no stranger to drinks that are more for health than taste, but this was just foul... If this is what their best seller tastes like, I don't even want to begin to think about their other options.

Employees were snickering at customer orders? I just ordered a broccoli and pea soup, which was also only ok, but for whatever reason employees mostly laughed with each other and made glances out of the corners of their eyes. They didn't say much to customers. It was a deeply weird environment and I was super uncomfortable and just wanted to get my order so I could leave. I think this will be a one and done experience for me. UVillage has other veggie options.

I've bought a couple smoothies from them. And the last time I went in and I picked a flavor that really just didn't taste right. They accommodated me even though it was my fault. They were very friendly and very informative! They didn't make me feel bad for asking for help! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Juice Press!

Juice Press is pretty good if you order right, but it will always be way overpriced. I like the Mint Protein, I got it with extra chocolate chips and they were very generous. They offer some of the healthier smoothies in Seattle and use better ingredients than Jamba and Emerald City.

They just don’t give af ? I mean there are students working as it’s on campus so the expectations are lower, but Jesus : it’s Juice! Not a goth cafe. It’s unfortunate cuz in NYC -where JP is from -there’s just more energy and care and it’s a fun brand out there. Does the person who’s running it out here care at all?

Love the smoothies! Enjoyed that they were all organic, good plant based protein, and quite light and delicious :) very nice people working there as well!

My family and I went to this store this past weekend, we all wanted something cold and sweet to drink. We ordered the Green Light, Green passion, and got cold juices. The green smoothies we got were terrible, I don’t know what was worse, paying $11 for a smoothie in general or just getting served a smoothie that tasted so bad. The pressed juices were not fresh pressed, you had to get them from a fridge and they were sealed, who knows when they were made. We all took turns trying the juices and we each made horrified faces as they hit our tastebuds. The only fun thing from this experience was laughing at each others reactions from tasting the gross liquids we so stupidly purchased. If you’re looking for a smoothie/juice place at U village just go to good old Jamba Juice.

I ordered 3 juices off of Uber Eats when they were having a special buy one, get one free. I got the mango one, the blueberry one and the green one. First of all, these aren't juices. They are thick and tasteless smoothies. They are super, super bland, not tasting like fruit at all. This is not a juice. Tasted like cold nothing. The total was about $50 with the buy one get one free special. Neither I, nor of my friends liked any of them, and I ended up putting them in the fridge and drinking them for a quick breakfast so it didn't go to waste. There is no real difference in flavor between any of them. I'm confused as to why someone would make one of these and think they are good enough to sell??? Definitely should avoid. I'm saving the one star reviews for the food that tastes truly terrible. This was more like a kindergartner's first try at "cooking".* If you lost your sense of smell during COVID, this place wouldn't be a bad choice.

Got the pomegranate recharge with protein while walking around in University Village. It was okay, not that great. It will probably not get it again. There was some seating in the store. The service was quick though.
