So I just moved here and was excited for a burger joint being so close. They had 3 people on the grill. when i asked how to order the directed me to the kiosk. They had me enter my order on a kiosk that is not the easiest to use nor allows for modifications easily. I was only one at register and took 7 minutes until a staff member offered to help, but watched me struggle since I entered. Owners are killing the place with senseless cost-cutting and people are staying away. Like not telling anyone that the burgers now are just a patty on a bun with NOTHING ON IT (if you look on another screen you can add lettuce, tomato, etc.) The final straw was going tonight and paying the full price for a shake only to get the "new" wee tiny kiddie-cup size shake. It is 1/3 to 1/2 smaller than previously, but still $6 with a bizarre 10 cent charge on top (maybe for the lid?)...read full review
