We came in around 7:30PM and got seated as a party of five with no wait, but it did get a bit busy while we were there. I think 15 minute wait was the longest I heard.

My wife and I recently visited Kajiken on 11th Ave, right across from Cal Anderson Park, and it’s a solid addition to Seattle’s ramen scene. The restaurant specializes in Aburasoba (soup-less ramen), and the flavors did not disappoint. The karaage (Japanese fried chicken) was excellent—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I came here just trying to catch up with a friend, but honestly? We both got distracted the second the food hit the table. The noodles were perfectly chewy, packed with flavor, and somehow got even better with every bite after mixing everything together.
