My wife and I recently visited Kajiken on 11th Ave, right across from Cal Anderson Park, and it’s a solid addition to Seattle’s ramen scene. I came here just trying to catch up with a friend, but honestly? We both got distracted the second the food hit the table. The noodles were perfectly chewy, packed with flavor, and somehow got even better with every bite after mixing everything together.
