The best place for BBQ pork and roast pork in Seattle, I've tried all other places and they beat them all. Their BBQ pork is moist, tender and no fat, very tasty. The roast pork is also done just right, not to much fat, crispy skin, juicy and tender meat.
Going middle of the road here. Let me say been coming here all my life. Yes I understand the older set retires out and kids take over. I ordered my BBQ pork yesterday and it was tuff ! I have never had that experience. 1lb to go or lunch special thats my go too. I couldn't chew the pork. I also noticed the food rating sign declined to just okay. hands down the best barbecue place for in Seattle in Chinatown in Washington in the universe I'm telling you I've tried so many other places and can't get anything even close to this. if you are from out of town or the local just please if you've never been there spend 20 bucks and buy a pound of barbecued pork and you will not be disappointed, so matter of fact you'll be climbing the stairway to heaven itis so good
