I visited Kebena with a large group of people to celebrate two birthdays. The experience was fun and the food was delicious. The injera and food quality was very good. We ordered multiple veggie and meat platters. The staff were very attentive throughout the entire dinner accommodating multiple drink requests, additional plate requests, and additional injera requests. I recommend Kebena to others. We had a great experience.
I took a friend here who had never had Ethiopian food. Neither of us had been to this specific restaurant before, but they looked pretty legit online. We got the combination plate and everything on there was amazing.
An amazing restaurant. The owner was there and served us when we were there. She answered all of our questions and helped us to understand the menu and the origin of some of the dishes and coffee. If you have a chance to go you should absolutely go. We will go back if we ever get a chance to go back to Seattle.
