Not my usual KFC, but it’s not too far from where I live. I had gotten out of work later than normal and stopped by to order food for my family and I. I was very pleased with the people who work here. The cashier, who took my order at the front counter was very helpful and polite. I will be coming back!

The food was fine and the staff are friendly and professional. But there was a 20 minute bottleneck delay where several cars were told to go park and wait for their food until there were no more parking spots for them and they just clogged the exit. So even if my food had been ready (i'm guessing it was), they couldn't give it to me yet as there was literally nowhere for my car to move. It felt very claustrophobic and the drivers in front of me were getting out and yelling at each other. Quicker service would've kept any of this tension from developing. I was very glad to get out of there and doubt I will be back.

Used the app, ordered a couple pies, mac n cheese, biscuits. A stapled bag was handed to me after I verbally confirmed my order when asked. Missing mac and cheese order. No response from app help. Disappoonted, thought the app would help with order accuracy since it is all written out for you.

I ordered 8 waffles in order to get a free 8pc online. When I got there to pick up my food, I was told they were out of waffles & offered something else that was far less than appetizing. I had no choice but to pick something else since I had prepaid online & couldn'tgeta refund. It wasn't as good as what I initially ordered. I feel that if food is unavailable, it shouldn't be available for online ordering. I was very disappointed. I really wanted waffles. They offered those apple treats instead. There's no comparison. As much as I spend my hard earned money there, I feel like the ball was dropped. I'll take my money to Popeyes next time. Not happy at all.

I’m really disappointed with the service. I told the person taking the order that I can only eat chicken thighs, and they said OK. But when I got the food, there were 4 pieces: 2 were chicken breast and 1 was just a small wing. Also, there was no dipping sauce included. Honestly, this is very frustrating and I don’t even feel like saying more.

This is for the location near Rainier Beach and on Rainer Ave. This location is a KFC+Taco Bell combo.
They have a parking lot and drive-thru. Parking is tricky. We saw people just park as they please, so if you are overly protective of door dings and people parking poorly, then use the drive thru.
The service here was SLOW for fast food. And we got the chicken strips famoly meal, and it was $55 for the 12pc. We came for the coleslaw, and that was solid, and so were the mashed potatoes and gravy, along with the mac & cheese. The biscuits seemed smaller in size, but they were good also.
Please take special note that as it is fast-food, it's not good the next day, except for maybe the coleslaw and mac & cheese.
Midas 3-stars for an average fast food experience. Midas 4-stars for the side-dishes and my personal favorite coleslaw anywhere.
