Solid Korean food with bottomless banchan, which is always nice. The kalbi is excellently seasoned. The stone pot bi bim bap has really crispy rice but is a little lacking in flavor. Thankfully the house sriracha has plenty to make up for it!

Some old reviews mention that they are cash-only. This is no longer the case!
Kimchi House is a small, busy restaurant that seems to be quite popular. We initially sat at the counter because all the tables were full, but were able to move to a table once one opened up.

The service experience was a bit confusing. The restaurant is set up like a traditional sit-down restaurant, but it operates as a mix of self-service and table service. We ordered at the register, got our own water, tea, and cutlery, and even wiped down our table ourselves....
Stopped by for lunch and ordered the spicy pork along with the vegetable gyoza. The spicy pork was pretty good, but it was quite greasy. The gyoza were just okay - nothing particularly memorable.

The staff was friendly, but it seemed like they only had one person handling everything as the host, server, and cashier. I can see how things could easily back up during busier times. Service is also pretty much self-serve, so it’s a fairly casual experience.
