Tough to leave a good review when they won't even acknowledge you're there...
The establishment provides an exceptional atmosphere, complemented by high-quality food and beverages, and consistently outstanding service. While a tip option is absent, I advocate for a pricing model that compensates staff fairly, eliminating the need for gratuities. This is a highly recommended venue.
Love love love this place!!! Always come here for some nice warm Brazilian coffee
Great service and delicious, fresh food! The guy who helped me was very kind and attentive, and the lady was also super nice. I’ll definitely come back!
Loved their Kitanda bread! Servers are nice and my Americano was smooth!
My favorite coffee shop of all time! The staff there is so amazing, and make me and my family feel welcomed everytime! I especially love the gluten free breakfast sandwiches and the super hero smoothie. My son absolutely loves the chicken cones and hot chocolate (they make it the perfect temperature everytime for the young ones)

The dude with the beard is extremely friendly and provides prompt service. The lattes are always just right. There is Wi-Fi and plenty of space to work.
I am from Brasil, this is my favorite cafe to get a taste from home. My favorite is the pão de quijo and energy blast açaí bowl. Crew was outgoing and kind, I will be back!

First time trying açaí was at Kitanda. I can’t get enough of it. I only come to this location when I crave a Ziba!

Horrible customer service, I don’t get why I have two different items come out of two different sides of the counter? With barely any mention of it being done. Açaí bowl has lots of added sugar in it, and is overpriced based on other shops. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Check out Edgar’s review below, before it is deleted. That might change your mind, was a little too late for my sake.

The staff ignore customers - you don’t even get greeted when you walk in. The tablet wasn’t set up and they ignored the growing line and a customer had to go set up the tablet to allow ordering. It was frustrating and felt like I was bothering them.

Pretty solid açaí bowl was had here! I also tried the mini chicken bites and they were tasty. Space was open and clean.
