I’ve really tried to like this place because I love having acai like daily, but the past few times have been so off putting. The women are downright rude people and ignore you completely because they’re busy chatting, and when they do engage with you they act like I’m bothering them by being there.
The açaí bowl they gave me my last visit was melted completely, and the oat chai tasted so bad I couldn’t drink it, overwhelmingly full of oat taste, and they forgot to add an espresso shot that I paid for. They never give you a bag unless you ask even when you order several things, and MAN, the eye rolls they give when you ask is insane.
They clearly don’t want business, I’m guessing they hate their manager and want the place to fail. I just can’t imagine why someone would act this way. And reading other legitimate reviews, it seems it’s a common experience.
I will say that when I’ve gone in the morning, the men working were super friendly. But I won’t be back.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle! I’ve been going there for years and always had good
service. Not only the coffee is good but the açaí bowls are very generous
and the kitanda bread is an amazing option for a delicious gluten free treat.

Comida deliciosa. The pao de queso is massive and freshly baked. Everything was delicious. The owner is super friendly.

Their soft, stuffed little bread-thingies are the greatest. Makes me want to pack a cart full of them and journey, find wanderlust on Broadway.
Otherwise, their coffee is OK, does the job if you're taking it onto the lightrail. Service can be good or not-good, depending on who you get. They seem to have either a ton of staff, or high turnover.
Not a place if you want to sit down and chat, do work, or do some writing (many other places) and as a pure coffee option there's also the Tous Les Jours inside the M2M.

The coffee is not good and the service is trash. Especially when im here for deliveries. I have this window on the outside that you're supposed to use but they ignore you they will not ever come to that window. You come inside you ask them about an order and then you wait 20 minutes. You come back in and it still isn't done and all it is is a couple sandwiches and a single drink. That was 20 minutes after the order was placed because the customer had actually messaged me to let me know someone else had already been assigned and they canceled so for the restaurant to be taking this long on one small order is not only sad it's disgusting. The fact that we're paying them to make our food and drinks and they can't even put together a couple sandwiches in a drink in an hour makes me wonder about the state of the food itself and if it's even safe to consume. The logic anyway is if you can't put together a simple order, can you understand proper food storage and handling? Because anyone can memorize a food handlers permit test. Doesn't mean they understand or care what they are supposed to be learning.

Tough to leave a good review when they won't even acknowledge you're there...

The establishment provides an exceptional atmosphere, complemented by high-quality food and beverages, and consistently outstanding service. While a tip option is absent, I advocate for a pricing model that compensates staff fairly, eliminating the need for gratuities. This is a highly recommended venue.
Love love love this place!!! Always come here for some nice warm Brazilian coffee
Great service and delicious, fresh food! The guy who helped me was very kind and attentive, and the lady was also super nice. I’ll definitely come back!
Loved their Kitanda bread! Servers are nice and my Americano was smooth!

My favorite coffee shop of all time! The staff there is so amazing, and make me and my family feel welcomed everytime! I especially love the gluten free breakfast sandwiches and the super hero smoothie. My son absolutely loves the chicken cones and hot chocolate (they make it the perfect temperature everytime for the young ones)

The dude with the beard is extremely friendly and provides prompt service. The lattes are always just right. There is Wi-Fi and plenty of space to work.
I am from Brasil, this is my favorite cafe to get a taste from home. My favorite is the pão de quijo and energy blast açaí bowl. Crew was outgoing and kind, I will be back!
