It was fine for our morning salmon sushi platter. 3.5 stars. Better experience than many of the reviews. My son compared the sushi to Wegmans - so (nice) grocery store quality at airport prices. It fit our need and the woman working was nice!
Arrived before 10 pm at night . purchased a California roll and an IPA. Service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately Sushi is made early in the morning off location resulting in a very dry and stale experience.
We ordered two tuna and one salmon poke bowls for about $20 each. Considering all food is overpriced in Sea-Tac airport I felt this wasn't a bad deal. The woman who served me was friendly and I appreciated our interaction. The bowls hit the spot and I was glad I chose this place.
