Definitely some of the better teriyaki in the area! Both the chicken and the beef are tender and nicely charred. If you get the spicy variety, I'm pretty sure they just mix some sriracha into the sauce. The gyoza is nice and crispy—not sure if it's hand-made but it could be. The sushi is decent but I'll probably stick to the teriyaki. Reasonable prices, fast service. Ordered online and it was ready in under 10 minutes.
I was at Kenmore Air looking for a quick bite to eat. This place was a short walk away. It’s a very unsuspecting as I thought it was take out only but they have a little indoor seated area. The entrance is small, there was a party of 4 ahead of me ordering from the kiosk blocking the rest of the place then the chef came out from the kitchen and explained the options of ordering and showed me seating. This has got to be the best small time sushi and teriyaki joint in washington. They are better on the budget and the appetite than anything around. Normally in the city you have to pay an arm and a leg to eat. Not here. You get a huge, well cooked, flavorful meal that doesn't hurt the wallet. Really hard to beat that. Even tacobell is expensive in Seattle. Not koibito. Its owned by a humble, quiet, and ridiculously kind family. They are like a mom and pop joint that secretly...
