I got the veggies with paneer at the Queen Anne farmers market. This was so good!!!! The best food truck meal I’ve had in a very long time. It was also a huge quantity (at least two meals worth of food for me)

The chef man was delightful and it was fun to watch him chop up & sizzle your dish. The medium for spice-lovers is more like a subtle tang, so I would go higher next time to add bolder flavor.
The chicken was so tender and fell apart - I couldn’t taste the pumpkin part of it but the overall dish was so creamy and filling. Loved the crunchy cabbage and onions...
