This is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. The chef, Preeti Agarwal, creates elevated Indian dishes and cocktails.

We arrived on a gray, rainy Sunday and were offered delicious pumpkin soup. We ordered from the special menu ($55 for 2). The flavors, warmth and presentation were pure comfort. The dessert gulkand mousse with rose and fennel is not to be missed. Anxious to try more from this menu.

Ambience : 3/5Food : 2/5I’ve visited Kricket club and their sister restaurant ( Meesha ) multiple times.I’ve noticed the amount of spice level going up, not sure if the restaurant is projecting itself to be unapologetically Indian.Everything that we ordered including vada Pao, Kathi rolls, murgh makhanwalla ( isn’t this supposed to be akin butter chicken ? )was very high on spices to a point that it was hard to enjoy after 3-4 bites.Kricket club, when I conveyed the same to one of the servers they didn’t have any idea. If you’re projecting yourself to be close to food back in India at least give the right heads up to your guests to set the correct expectation. Also, 20% gratuity to a party of 2 doesn’t make any sense.

Mix of authentic Indian and innovation. Great for groups. Sexy vibe. Eclectic cocktails. Deepak was an outstanding server.

I had read about the chef and owner Preeti during the Covid days and was truly excited after someone told me about the Kricket Club restaurant by her.My Persian friend and I decided to visit Kricket Club for a relaxed brunch. The Menu: The menu for brunch is small-ish but exciting. I settled for Parsi akuri - declared as "an Irani café staple, three eggs, spiced, scrambled, garlic kulcha, grilled tomato"Living in Delhi during 70's & 80's, I was used to eating Kulcha that was sold on street corners. I certainly wanted to relive my memories. The Food: What I received was two tiny discs of a flat bread resembling a flour tortilla topped with scrambled eggs. These discs had NO resemblance to a Kulcha, well not even 1%. I am amazed how three eggs could fit on these discs. Anyways, back to the review. The eggs were just eggs, could have been made by any novice.I ordered Chai following the disappointing "brunch". The tea was not bad, but not good either. So here are few questions-1. What is really a brunch? Breakfast + Lunch, isn't it? So if I am combining the two, what should be the serving size? I am not talking about gluttony but also not the minuscule serving at the Kricket Club ...I will leave for you to decide if I am being unfair.Have you ever received pre-made latte at a cafe? Then why should Kricket Club serve hours ago, premade Chai? I dont understand why Chai is treated so shabbily by Indian restaurants? Finally, the food quality was below par, boring and uninspiring. I love chai and Kricket Club brings disrepute to this lovely drink. Finally, I know restaurant business is tough and its easy to be an armchair critique. Still, I want to appeal to Preeti....have some inspiring moment and look again at the menu and offering. I would suggest, try the Dishoom Restaurant in London for some inspiration. I am hoping for good things.Btw, my Parsi friend was really disappointed by the food, Makki roti with Saag.

We came for our dad’s birthday dinner and weren’t sure what to expect as we hadn’t been here before. Half of our family is vegetarian and we were so happy to find that there were a variety of vegetarian options for them to choose from. We were greeted with complimentary pumpkin soup and a goat cheese mulch’s on the side. It was such a great touch and delicious. The food was very well seasoned and tasty. The drinks were innovative. The desserts were not overly sweet and delicious! Special shout-out to Deepak for being so attentive and so knowledgeable about the menu. He definitely is a gem! Highly recommend going here.

Wonderful night experiencing a new take on familiar dishes. Something for everyone. Service by Deepak was smooth and effortless. All staff was gracious. Heads up though, tip is automatically tacked on and taxed without warning. (Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars)

The food looks great, but tastes very average. You are paying 2-3x more than an average restaurant.

Start with Warqi paratha (whole wheat, mint, salted butter) then pair the Pahadi murg (roasted chicken, yogurt, sriracha mayo, curry leaf oil, karam podi) and a side of Lobiya, (black eyed peas).
