alright i am just gonna say it. the tighter hole Krispy Kreme donuts are better. smaller center hole means more actual donut, better structure, and somehow they always seem warmer and softer. the big loose hole ones feel like they lost the plot halfway through. Too much empty space. meanwhile the tighter ones are holding it together, glaze locked in, still got some dignity left. You can just tell they stayed committed to the process.

We went to grab some donuts today and Mr Bryan helped us he was super nice. I wish all that works in customer service is like him. I’m sure Krispy Kreme would take care of this guy. It’s hard to find a worker that is competent and great personality like him.

Cheers to Ryan and Karen this morning! A hectic order day with teacher appreciation and the system being overwhelmed by orders. Both were very kind and helpful while working things out, and hustled to have all the donuts ready as soon as possible. It's a nice treat to have such great customer service with a smile, even when under pressure. Thank you Ryan and Karen!
