Simply; wow! ... high quality & for low price, with good portions & friendly chefs! I don't say this lightly, far too many taco stands don't evn meet expectations--let alone exceed them; near perfection, only way it could even be better is if it were in a kitchen, & even then not by much...excellent flavor balance AND texture, of everything (not just the meat, although meat is arguably most important & what sets most apart) ...the smell is to die for...
The best Al pastor tacos I have ever had and Mind you I have tried so many from multiple cities across the US including some places that’s known for Mexican food. Loved it here that I keep going back for more. Such nice people too
Hidden gem, so lucky to have them in Seattle. Like others have said, it’s the closest thing (maybe even better) to LA street tacos.
Another commenter mentioned a few months ago that the burritos were too oily. I got a burrito yesterday, and while it is still delicious, it was so dry.
