Went for a birthday dinner, and the service and atmosphere was probably the best I have seen in Seattle. They made sure we are comfortable, and service was very prompt. This place is really unique with its seating near a fountain, red bricked walls and canopy of trees.Only thing which was not perfect was the food, it was great -- just not perfect as everything else. Personally, I think the food was more on the sweeter side and it can be more flavorful.

We had a fantastic dinner here. The atmosphere was beautiful, even though the courtyard was not yet open for dining due to the weather. Our service was fantastic and all of the food was delicious. I tried the linguine nere al salmone; the lemon cream sauce was slightly more lemony than I prefer, but still very good. The smoked salmon in it was the best I’ve had. It was so tender that it almost melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is very romantic and cozy and we enjoyed the music from the pianist during dinner. The entire experience was worth the money. It’s hard to find Sicilian style Italian food in Seattle and the food here was very close to what we ate in Italy.

The service and food were wonderful! This was our first stop when we visited Seattle and it did not disappoint. Make sure to book a reservation for dinner because they do get busy!

We came for our anniversary since my wife had been wanting to try it for quite a while. Everything about the experience was wonderful. We will be back when the weather is better so we can sit outside.

I had very high expectations. The restaurant is small but beautiful! Overall glad I went to find out but I wouldn’t recommend or return. The food was decent but I was surprised at some of the quality. The pasta was amazing and the lobster ravioli sauce was WONDERFUL. The veal parmigiana was chewy. No knife was given so I was sawing at it with a fork and spoon. Extra parm given in a ramekin looked like pre-crumbled parm you’d buy in bulk. Wine was fine, salad was good. Bread basket seemed like cold slices of store bought bread. $250+ for 4 guests was not worth it.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

?️ Reservation Tip: Book in Advance! This charming restaurant is in high demand. Despite the rainy weather, the indoor seating area exudes charm and coziness, while the open terrace promises a beautiful dining experience when the weather permits. The staff ensures a memorable dining experience with their attentive service. ? Starters: The 4-piece Melanzana is a must-try! Grilled eggplant topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil. A surprising delight even for non-eggplant enthusiasts. Slightly salty, but incredibly delicious. ? Mains: The Risotto ai Marsala delivers an authentic and flavorful taste, with generous portions perfect for leftovers. The Pollo Marsala, a Sicilian favourite as it states on the menu so of course I had to get it! Comes with spaghetti noodles with chicken breast in a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce. While enjoyable, I'm eager to explore other menu options next time. ? Desserts: Indulge in the flourless cake for a decadent treat. While the tiramisu boasts a nice espresso flavor, it leans towards the sweeter side with a generous amount of crème. Overall, La Fontana Siciliana impresses with its fresh and authentic cuisine, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu offerings!

Wonderful authentic Sicilian/Italian menu and dishes. Service was attentive and friendly, food was served hot from the kitchen. Outside courtyard dining was perfect on a warm Spring evening. Prices are reasonable.

Authentic Italian cuisine, not to be confused with New York style Italian/American food (which I like as well). The sauces are beautifully balanced and the pasta is perfect. A great experience overall!

This was the best experience I've had at a restaurant It was me and my boyfriend's three year anniversary, and we included that on the reservation when we made it. When we got there they wished a happy anniversary and at the end, even though we decided not to purchase dessert, they brought out a complimentary gelato with a handwritten card wishing us well. I can't forget to mention they even brought a heater closer to us while we ate outside! The food was so delicious as well, and I would highly recommend eating at La Fontana, and hope we get to go back soon as well!

The past is really bad, I was expecting more than overcooked pasta for $35. It applies for both pastas we had. The place doesn't worth it. Not sure why it is so popular and hard to book, very mediocre place

It's all in the details, from the candle on the table, the pianist in the corridor, the quality of the food offered on the menu and the bar that was raised at first bite! I'd recommend this to any and all! Looking to head back when the courtyard is open to enjoy a meal around the fountain ! Jeff and Rodrigo were delightful
