My third time there. You start with light, airy bread, evoo and 18 year aged balsamic vinegar to dip. Salads are dressed with the same vinegar with a mellow flavor and bright apple or cheese. The Veal Marsala sauce is deeply flavored, not too sweet or cloying like cheap marsala wine gives you. It is bread sopping good and the mushrooms are perfectly cooked. We had a good date night here, the cocktails were very good as were the burrata and carpaccio appetizers. We both got mains, I had the mushroom fettuccini and he got the chicken with red sauce and olive oil noodles, we both felt we’ve cooked better Italian food at home. But we really liked the ambiance and the drinks and apps so we would come back and just skip mains next time.
