Enjoyable experience, from the moment we arrived until the end of our dinner. Food is fantastic, nice Spanish wine options, and cocktails—top-notch service. I'll definitely be back...
What a lush, clean design - the theme was pristine. The hostesses were the best - professional and friendly! I was excited about Spanish style food but everything was Asian-inspired (Korean kimchi, Japanese miso, ramen, etc flavors). The black cod w/Kimchi was quite salty. The steak was served with onion rings, which didn't pair well so the dish lacked balance. The Ramen Oysters and the Scallops Crudo were delicious - worth every bite. Mocktails were fabulous and the ambiance was gorgeous. We loved the live music, very classy team, and upscale energy. Feels like you're in an international beach restaurant. Worth the experience and hoping to try other dishes next time.
We went for birthday dinner Great experience Food was really good The server where so attentive, and professional very great experience
This was my second time at La Loba and it was just as good as I'd remembered! I would recommend Monty Python & the holy Grail drink if you like something sweet (and you can hardly taste the alc!). The beef cheek is tender and excellent. You can't go wrong with any of the starters!
The decor is cool and the restaurant and hotel it's part of are very aesthetically pleasing. Everything felt very curated to sharing on social media, and this seemed like a place to be seen rather than something to be experienced. Some of the dishes had some excellent elements. The sauce with the broccoli was lovely and the brava sauce was delicious. However, seasoning across everything was inconsistent and left things falling flat. I was also confused by pasta being the vegetarian main when this is billed as taking inspiration from Barcelona cuisine. Overall dinner was an interesting and aesthetic experience. But unless more focus is put on quality it doesn't feel like a good value if you're going for the food.
The service was amazing. I appreciate our sever making our 5th year anniversary feel very special.
The food here is amazing. I definitely recommend doing the tasting menu, every dish was perfect. After drinks you’ll end up spending quite a bit, but the quality definitely meets the price tag. Can’t wait to return!

Denis and Kaili were amazing servers.
Tables were cleaned between plates before you realized it was happening. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes between plates. Everything is delicious. We had all the appetizers and never made it to the main courses. Then Kaili hooked us up with a special off menu dessert.
Denis was prompt, very engaging, and an excellent server. We got the beef tartar and cricket or christopher gave an amazing display and experience just with the preparation. 10/10

The best experience we had in Seattle. Everyone on staff is so funny, friendly and personable. The food is out of this world good. We had the scallop cruso, the punk Caesar salad, beef cheek, lamb loin, granita and deconstructed key lime pie. The scallop crudo and Caesar salad were my favorite, insane flavor profiles. If I lived in Washington I'd eat here as much as possible. Definitely the highlight of my trip.
It was an epic dining experience. The service was exceptional. The food was just exquisite.

I don't know why this place has great reviews, the food is not good. It is great for cocktails and ambience though.
I tried the tasting menu and the pasta was delicious, but good pasta is easy to find. The rest of the menu was trying to be fusion and experimental, but the flavors weren't balanced at all. The surprise flavors and textures were odd rather than pleasant.
The staff is very kind and friendly, but they were actually too attentive. The goal seemed to be michelin level high service, but my experience was a constant flow of new people disrupting to clear or replace or set something. We wanted to keep munching on one dish, which was a mistake cause that made it impossible to carry on a conversation with the entire staff trying to clear the plate from our table.
Maybe they're just getting their bearings since it's a new opening. They are super nice and intentional, so I'm sure they'll figure the service part out soon. May try again later, but just opt for an entree and a cocktail.

You are here for the atmosphere and show. The food was good but it’s not WOW. How the food looks is wow though, but I can’t eat with my eyes. The staff were absolutely spectacular, asked for our needs and changed cutlery for different courses. Drinks are also good. I took off a star for food because I wished the amount of food I’m getting matched the price we paid for. It is nice to go once in a while or for special occasions but it is too expensive for me.
