The food here is amazing. I definitely recommend doing the tasting menu, every dish was perfect. After drinks you’ll end up spending quite a bit, but the quality definitely meets the price tag. Can’t wait to return!

Denis and Kaili were amazing servers.
Tables were cleaned between plates before you realized it was happening. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes between plates. Everything is delicious. We had all the appetizers and never made it to the main courses. Then Kaili hooked us up with a special off menu dessert.
Denis was prompt, very engaging, and an excellent server. We got the beef tartar and cricket or christopher gave an amazing display and experience just with the preparation. 10/10

The best experience we had in Seattle. Everyone on staff is so funny, friendly and personable. The food is out of this world good. We had the scallop cruso, the punk Caesar salad, beef cheek, lamb loin, granita and deconstructed key lime pie. The scallop crudo and Caesar salad were my favorite, insane flavor profiles. If I lived in Washington I'd eat here as much as possible. Definitely the highlight of my trip.
We did the chefs special and it did not disappoint. A little pricy but we had an amazing time. Will be back.

I don't know why this place has great reviews, the food is not good. It is great for cocktails and ambience though.
I tried the tasting menu and the pasta was delicious, but good pasta is easy to find. The rest of the menu was trying to be fusion and experimental, but the flavors weren't balanced at all. The surprise flavors and textures were odd rather than pleasant.
The staff is very kind and friendly, but they were actually too attentive. The goal seemed to be michelin level high service, but my experience was a constant flow of new people disrupting to clear or replace or set something. We wanted to keep munching on one dish, which was a mistake cause that made it impossible to carry on a conversation with the entire staff trying to clear the plate from our table.
Maybe they're just getting their bearings since it's a new opening. They are super nice and intentional, so I'm sure they'll figure the service part out soon. May try again later, but just opt for an entree and a cocktail.

You are here for the atmosphere and show. The food was good but it’s not WOW. How the food looks is wow though, but I can’t eat with my eyes. The staff were absolutely spectacular, asked for our needs and changed cutlery for different courses. Drinks are also good. I took off a star for food because I wished the amount of food I’m getting matched the price we paid for. It is nice to go once in a while or for special occasions but it is too expensive for me.

Great restaurant.
The variety of flavors and textures keep you excited throughout the tasting menu.
Atmosphere's also great - perfect for weekend dine outs.
Giving 4 stars for service because the pace was a little inconsistent (a couple of dishes taking 30+min).

La Loba was definitely an experience to remember. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu - something quite rare to find in the Seattle area - and it turned out to be a delightful culinary journey.
The meal began with gazpacho shots that initially left a slightly odd aftertaste but slowly grew on the palate. Next came the zucchini, bell pepper, and avocado tartar - strong in flavor and perhaps not my favorite at first, yet it evolved pleasantly with each bite.
From there, the courses transitioned beautifully. The mushroom ajillo, sprouted cauliflower, and pesto rigatoni were all comforting and balanced, with subtle flavors that contrasted nicely with the bold start.
The dessert - strawberry granita with popcorn mousse - was the highlight of the night. It’s a daring, unique combination that absolutely works. I loved it.
We also ordered the eggplant parmigiana, which was far from the typical version you find elsewhere. Wonderfully crafted, creamy, tomatoey, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, every bite was a pleasure.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially at around $80 for an eight-course meal, it’s an incredible value for such a refined dining experience. The ambiance is chic and upscale, making it perfect for a special evening out.

Thank you so much, Megan and Denis, for the wonderful service and evening. We were celebrating an important family occasion today, and you made it truly memorable and heartwarming.
Megan, thank you for your incredible attentiveness to our child. We asked for fries that weren’t on the menu, and you kindly made it happen! You also made sure our little one had crayons to draw with and a safe cup for water. We noticed every thoughtful detail. It meant so much to us and allowed us to fully enjoy the evening while our child was happily occupied.
A big thank-you to Denis for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. You noticed every little thing that mattered to us, and we felt genuine care in every interaction.
Thanks to both of you for this outstanding experience. With such warm and thoughtful service, we can’t wait to come back to La Loba again and again. It’s become our new family place for the most special occasions.

A culinary treat indeed. The hotel and restaurant are stunning to start. The staff and service was top notch. I loved the Monkey 47 gin martini and the table side cart presentation. We did the tasting menu which was absolutely worth it. Every dish was exceptionally delicious. Best meal and dining experience I've had in a while.
