Spent my last few days in Seattle. What a wonderful experience. Dined at La Loba in the 1Hotel a couple of nights and loved it!
Met Max /GM who was working the room with grace and was well looked after by Teresa who took her time to explain the menu and timed our items perfectly. The tapas menu allowed us opportunity to try many of the dishes which were all delicious.
Look forward to a return visit....

The brunch here was an experience! Live DJ and saxophone riffing on the music, beautiful decor, tableside drink and food options add to the experience. The food was mostly good, some dishes were great… get bloody mary, french toast, salmon lox, steak and eggs… (may need to add salt, but thats easy to do!)
