Seattle is lucky to have a number of local fresh pasta manufacturers to choose from. Any city would be fortunate to even have one. Having tried numerous local pasta brands, Lagana is my favorite of the ones that I have tried.

It is a little harder to find this brand around town ever since Whole Foods stopped stocking their products. So whenever I see their products in a store, I tend to grab a pack.

We picked up your fresh pasta at Bizarre Brewing tonight and it was exceptional! Amazing texture, sauce coats it perfectly, and still had fantastic slurpability. Double thumbs up from the whole family. We look forward to trying more of your offerings.
