The macarons are insanely good. As someone who travels for them, they were so good. Highly recommend coming for French bakery. Wide selection and they sell plain breads at reasonable prices.
La Panier is one of my favorite spots in Seattle. Everything I've tried has been fresh and delicious, and the bakery has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to stop while exploring the market. The standout for me was the pistachio macaron—it had the perfect texture with a crisp shell, chewy center, and rich pistachio flavor that wasn't overly sweet.

The pastries looked fantastic, and although we didn’t try any since we weren’t ready for dessert, they were definitely tempting. My only complaint is the ordering process—there’s one line for both food and coffee, so the wait was longer than necessary....
