Delicious Thanksgiving dinner. Worth the wait in line.

Ordered my Thanksgiving meal from here and was very excited. Had some issues with the order form and it never let me select a delivery slot...Emailed them and they were very nice. Delivery date came and went and no delivery. Emailed them twice and got no response. Left them a message on Instagram and finally got a reply at nearly midnight saying they would deliver today. Come to find out they have screwed up all their pick ups and deliveries so hundreds of people have no Thanksgiving meal now. Horrible horrible service. You should all be ashamed.

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner for one and it was never delivered after slow and tortuous confirmation and complete lack of customer service. I was finally assured that dinner would be delivered today sometime around noon. They have no phone number so I have emailed and reached out on Facebook with no response. So disappointing

Zero star if possible. Left feeling humiliated. Purchased the "tickets" on Eventbrite for "7 course family meal of Puerto Rican cuisine" featuring pork. Didn't get the food that were promised, talked to the chef and were told to leave if we don't like it, called the credit card company for a refund. Arrived at Addo: Incubator, empty dining room, packed chef's counter upstairs. We were greeted by the server, sat right in the center of the room (very odd) and offered a drink menu, so we asked to have a taste of the 3 wines by the glass on the menu before ordering a whole bottle. From now on it's a landslide: 1) we ordered a bottle of red from the 3 wines offered by the glass, and then the server brought an opened bottle saying that's the one he opened for us to try? Usually you asks to try one of the wines offered by glass, assuming they were already opened for guests to order"by the glass." When you order a bottle of wine, it should be opened at your table, not opened in the kitchen, not the one that was just opened for you to taste, unless it's from a bottle list. 2) first dish arrived, we were told "pork belly", nothing else, the server had no idea what's in it, what the spices are, how it was prepared. He said he'll check with the chef, never answered. Cold dish, therefore unpleasant mouth feel of pork fat. 3) the next 3 dishes arrived, all cold-ish, again, the server had no idea what's in the dishes. He said he'll check with the chef and never came back. One of the dishes was chicharrones, and they were horrendous. All tiny broken up pieces looking like the leftover after other people picked on it. 4) after the 1 warm dish, we were told that's all we've got. We pulled out the "tickets" we bought, which clearly says "7 course", again the 2nd server disappeared. At this point there were 5 dishes including the chicharones snack. The 2nd server again, disappeared. Never saw the first server again. 5) husband went up to the "chef's counter" and told the chef that it was a very uncomfortable dinner and we were going to leave, but he wanted to pay for the wine. The chef simple said, ok, just go. I'm sure the chef we talked to was not Eric Riviera, the head chef. Never ever had we been treated like unwanted guests crashing someone else's party: others seem to be having a lot of fun upstairs, while we were treated by a server who was just rude, another with pants that are so lose that we had to see the butt-crack walking around.
