Everything was exceptional, the food, the service, the great chefs that you can see from part of the dining room. The one thing however that kept my experience from being next level, was the misplacement of the frisee on the main dish, the duck confit. Its too bitter, naturally and it's a little bit of a shock to the pallette compared with what otherwise could have been a great plate with subtly bold sauce and perfect puff pastry.
