Liked the Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich. Not a big fan of the Biscuits & Gravy, a bit heavy handed with the salt in the gravy but biscuit was great. Maybe the shokupan could sway my mind?

The smashwich breakfast sandwich is without question a top 5 breakfast sandwich in Seattle. I’m not even typically a sausage person but this thing was a hit. Their drinks are amazing, their food is super good, and the staff seems nice as other people have noted. However, I ordered a smashwich and waited over an hour for it. I'd asked about it at the ~40 minute mark and was simply told it was a minor ticket printing issue. I finally spoke to another staff (black head bandana) who was super kind and immediately spoke to the kitchen for me. They apologized and refunded the cost of the sandwich for the inconvenience. I do recommend...
