The leasing manager Rafa was really great, he had awesome customer service,was professional, transparent, and very helpful! He made the touring process super easy and I was able to see what the building and the unit had to offer. The communication is great and he follows up with you for any updates or changes. my experience at mad flats has been great! aimee in management helped me to secure this spot and made my transition extremely smooth, she’s super helpful. i’ve had no issues while living here and when i needed help with maintenance for something minor they were very on top of the situation! also the rooftop view is incredible:)

This place would be perfect if they just had 3/4 or full size fridges. Honestly sad to be moving after living here for 2 years. Management is great, zoned street parking isn't too bad to find, and the selection of stores nearby is awesome. Packages are stolen sometimes but you'll find that in most places.
