Initially when arriving we had technical difficulties with paying, using an app that provided a discount. The customer service was top notch and helped with the issue.

Besides that wonderful customer service, the layout of Hushy's is very generous and allows you to strech your legs and enjoy the wonderful sandwiches. I recommend the mortadella, pickles, salt & vinegar chips and cookies. I highly recommend the coffee as well.

I think the bread was the highlight. Crispy kinda focaccia style all made in house. Lovely combo of flavors, but I would personally still take a friend to paseo if they’re looking for the best sando in Seattle.

You get what you pay for. We got the French Dip and it was an excellent sandwich but cost nearly 30$ after tax and tips. The atmosphere and location are both really good. Place was busy during weekend lunch but there is a lot of seating. In the end it’ll probably be an occasional treat for us because of the price rather than a regular sandwich spot.
