I have been to the restaurant 3 times across 2 business visits to Seattle. During the 2 visits of the last year, everything was amazing. From the food to the service and so on. This year, I went with my wife and felt un-welcomed there. Once we finished the food the waiter brought the receipt without asking us if we need something else or if we want to stay more. That would have been okay if that was happening with everyone, but unfortunately not.
Just walking late afternoon around Seattle we stumble on Lola. It looked inviting so we decided to have a glass at the bar that evening, looked at the menu , ordered small plates. Food is real authentic Greek. E lived it so much we came back for breakfast. The Shatchouka was delicious, great coffee and the bread was very good. Donavan told us a little about the chef/owner... He is kind of a big deal. The next day we had dinner at Serious pizza, then midday snacks at Dalhia bakery......
I stopped by on a Friday morning for breakfast. The food was ok but nothing special the cost of the meal. My server was excellent. If in the area in the future, I would try them for lunch or dinner.
