My favorite order is the pork fresh spring rolls—they're always fresh and delicious! I also really enjoy seeing Vinny and Trung whenever I visit. They're both so kind and welcoming, and it's always great to catch up with them. I'll definitely continue bringing my friends here to eat. Really appreciate the veggie pho. Lots of color and variety with the veggies and also a tasty soy type of fake meat. Most pho places serve veggie pho with just broccoli carrot and tofu. So it was a really nice surprise today.

Probably the best Vietnamese food we've had in Seattle so far! If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor and order some spring rolls on the side... Seriously delicious. Customer service was also fantastic. I didn't catch his name, but our server was the best; I don't think I've ever met a server as happy as he was. And the restaurant's decor and atmosphere really added to our experience. 10/10 experience. I really have nothing bad to say about Lotus...
