Quaint little French bistro - yes, that’s the exact style they are aiming for. Very classical French food - escargot, foie gras, tartare etc.

I enjoyed the dinner I had at L'Oursin. The staff were chill and friendly, the non-alcoholic drinks I tried were layered and had depth. The gambas grillées (grilled shrimp) were fun to eat with my hands and the mustard-based sauce was excellent. The steak frites had a nice black pepper sauce and the black cod was nicely cooked with tender interior and the crisp skin.
The bread service (especially the baguette) was honestly one of the highlights — fresh, crusty, and very well done. The truffle chicken liver mousse was rich and flavorful, and the floating island dessert was a nice classic French touch.
